The swarm mechanic is really interesting! chipping away at the swam with an energy core was satisfying.
One gamemakery thing though: are you manually setting your viewport to something larger than 1080p? Every time the game actually launches it goes into my second monitor (i'm only at 1080p)
I actually don't know. I haven't figured out the camera and resolution thing yet, so I'm not sure what the camera that I set up is doing. I will try to get a better understanding of this
yeah, in all likelihood that's what's going on.
A good/easy trick to make sure it fits on everyone's monitor is just put this into the create event of the first room (you want to make sure your camera is somewhere 16:9 though):
window_set_fullscreen(true);
